Professional overview

Licensed attorney in private practice since 1961, Rajai K. W. Dajani brings more than six decades of legal experience in Amman, Jordan. His practice has spanned criminal, civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate and construction contracts, international trade, foreign investment, maritime, franchising and distribution.

He has represented clients before the Court of Cassation and the High Court of Justice and has deep expertise in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Chaired numerous arbitration tribunals and served as a judge at the International Court of Arbitration from 2000 to 2006.

His experience also includes advising on major transportation and logistics projects, as well as matters related to citizenship and immigration law. As a former member of the legal committee of Jordan’s Upper House of Parliament, he has played an active role in legislative development and legal reform.
