Yousef Khalilieh is a commercially minded lawyer licensed in Jordan since 1995, with extensive experience advising clients across corporate, regulatory and transactional matters. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, including aviation, energy, telecommunications, e-commerce, construction, PPPs, international trade, and intellectual property.
Yousef regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, franchise and distribution agreements, government-led projects, and litigation. He has played a key role in major privatisation and infrastructure deals, including renewable and traditional energy projects, and has in-depth expertise in succession planning through trusts and foundations.
In 1995, he was appointed by the Minister of Industry and Trade to the Jordanian Copyright Law Review Committee. His contribution led to the development of a new legal framework aligned with international IP standards, which remains in force today.
